Hello, does anyone recognize this stem?
Thanks Steve

The same pattern and technique I believe as that used on this bowl, and many others like it on the net. Often/mostly attributed to Ernest Baptiste Leveille however as per this one, unsigned:
https://www.ukauctioneers.com/auction_catalogue.cfm?d&itemID=20E9CB0FD7D727FED1E6FECEFF5E0BEDE92CA2C2&auction=28EACC0E&action=15&rangepage=19¤tpage=1&showLots=50&sortBy=lotsort&lotView=list&imagesOnly=N
I don't know who made that one - it's unsigned however there are others signed Ernest Baptiste Leveille (late 1900s French maker)
This vase is difficult to see the pattern as the images are not great however the listing says it is signed Leveille:

https://www.icollector.com/Ernest-Baptiste-Leveille-AN-ETCHED-AND-ENAMELED-GLASS-VASE-Ernest-Baptiste-Leveille_i1377855
Pattern can also be seen more clearly on this listing:

Your goblet is extremely unusual - at first glance the trumpet foot looks Bohemian/German often seen on early roemers, the gold(maybe avventurine?) looks quite Murano in technique and perhaps also the trumpet shape slightly swirled, but the acid etched pattern on the goblet and the gilding and colours is very similar(the same acid etched pattern?) as that seen on these bowls attributed as above I think?
Also the gold daubing on the foot is similar to that used on the neck of this vase:

Open to correction but that is what it immediately made me think of.
Could you try and post your photographs to 600 x 400 pixels please as then it will enlarge without losing resolution and the detail can then be clearly seen . What is the inside of the goblet like please?
