Title: Could this be Dutch ?

After a bit of looking around I think it may well be, 12 inches tall, lots of wear, few nibbles ( couple of large ones ! ) a crack at the base of the neck, light in weight with a cracked pontil mark. The stopper looks a bit dodgy  ;D

I've just seen a similar one in an antiques arcade described as "antique Venetian", there are others similar online, so it's a possibility. Looking up Italian windmills and sailboats they do appear similar to the ones depicted.
