Does it say "Nocturne"? Perhaps a pattern name, there's information online about Okra Glass.

It is Okra, and I suspect the 0 with the slash through it on the bit cut from the side indicates it is a second.
The bit cut from the side would make it a second all on its own.

Okra was founded in 1979 by Richard Golding & Nicola Osbourne. It is continued by
Dean Hopkins and Karinna Sellars.

The label was used during the few years Okra was owned by Moorcroft.

Thanks to everyone for the help in identifying this piece. I was wondering if this was a seconds piece. I'm new to art glass.

;D I do hope you'll get stuck right in - it's quite an adventure once you enter the rabbit hole.  8)
