Title: Bagley glass or not?

I am almost certain this is Bagley glass but haven't been able to confirm online.
Anyone have some direction they could give me?

I have a plate in this pattern and I think it's a bit of a mystery, it has similarities to Davidson pieces but it's not in their catalogues.
