Title: Riihimaen style vase, but who made it? - ID = Ingridglas, Germany

Hi All,
I have this vase that looks incredibly like a Safari vase, without the  pattern and with a longer upper section:

It is 33cm in height. I have found an identical one which is labelled here (http://koopjes.marktplaats.nl/antiek_en_kunst/antiek_vazen/48809703.html?return=eJwFwVsKgCAQAMC7eACtj%2FpYiY4SGxqKjxZ3EyS6ezMIM7wRJsuwLqDKsEGEwJjuW7rJV12wJaGMKKxrNg%2F7hq7EasrQFGiXQX47o%2BPjws7Kfj%2B4VB4M&df=1)  but I cannot make out what the label says. I have emailed the seller, but he will not reply with any information.
I would be really grateful to hear your thoughts on this one, or does someone recognise the label?
