About 10” tall, water lilies painted in almost a watercolor or stained glass effect. The design appears to be the same on two sides, but there are tiny differences. Ground/polished rim is finished in gold. Iridescent. Shelf wear. No signature that I could find. It weighs about 1 lb, the glass is about 1/4” thick.

You could try searching the French companies Montjoye/Legras etc. but it could also be Bohemian.

Thank you for your assistance! Could you elaborate on the “etc” of possible names of French makers? Thanks!
-
To be honest I don't know enough about it, Baccarat and Clichy might be possible, although I'm not sure. There were some other smaller makers, searching Art Nouveau French glass might turn something up.

can you take a photograph of the vase side on in profile so the shape of the whole vase can be seen please?

Sorry! I didn’t realize the thumbnail didn’t expand to the original size here. Trying again.

It reminds me of Theresienthal glasses for some reason.
Like this for example:

It could be worth having a good look through the Jugendstil sections of the site Roemer-aus-Theresienthal here:
http://www.roemer-aus-theresienthal.de/jugendstiltrad.html
to see if you can see any items that are clear satin enamelled or a shape match.
It's in German and you need to click the links to have a good navigate around the site to see the items on there. It's a fantastically brilliant site.

Thank you also nevb!
Flying - I see definite similarities. And while looking through the other pages I stumbled on the name Poschinger as one of the designers of the motifs, and so I’m off searching this decorated iridescent art glass. I love glass. :D :)
