Title: Black milk glass style sugar bowl ID if possible please.

Hello all. Can anyone ID this black glass bowl please? I've Googled and found plenty of similar pieces but as usual, not this one!. Fenton, Victorian milk glass and even Iittala glass have cropped up. If anyone can ID it and perhaps even give a pattern name, I will be very grateful. Thank you.
