Title: Pair of Victorian Goblets

It's not definite but these look the same as the Robinson Skinner 14.C. goblets shown here:

This is also Derbyshire pattern 249 which was effectively used as a blank - they often have inscriptions or applied handles.

I have seen this shape in Percival Vickers catalogues as well, where it can be firmly dated to 1869, for PV anyway.

Multiple makers then!
