Any information would be greatly appreciated. Left to me by my grandmother. Just over 19 inches long, tip to tip

These are relatively modern (21st C) and are made on mainland Italy, possibly in the Naples area. The label is a deceptive one, not a genuine Murano one. Enjoy it as a decorative item and a memento of your grandmother
