Looks like a (Dutch?) kuttrolf or kluk kluk decanter

It's hard to tell from the photo's. They've been made since the medieval period in Europe but painted ones like that have been made in Holland from at least the 18th c. right into the 20th c.

Danish or Swedish not Dutch, and any time between 1850s and 1940s
