Title: Cased swung out vase Help with ID please

At first I thought this might be Whitefriars but I have since been advised that it is not.

Can anyone help with an ID please?

It is 14" tall (35.5cm), maximum diameter about 3" (7.5cm), base diameter 1.75" (4.5cm), weighs 820g.
