Title: Beautiful colored Geode Bowl Seguso? Galliano Ferro??

Found a lovely colored bowl it has a sort of electric blue with red and orange
then it has these sort of target shaped indentations randomly placed around the
underside all in all i love it after searching i have seen similar piece described as
both Ferro and Seguso but not sure at all any ideas ? It is 4 3/4" in diameter.

Lustrousstone has a similar geode, described as Galliano Ferro.  :)
