Title: Pressed pale green uranium vase, diamonds in relief similar to Sowerby 2118

Trying to id this vase, it seems to share some features with the Sowerby 2118 celery but the foot and stem differ significantly:

No doubt diamonds were used by other makers too within their pressed patterns. Anyway, no joy so far searching am I missing something obvious?

I've compared it to my 2118 vase and it does have similar features. There seem to be lots of variations of designs not all of which are shown in the available catalogues. It looks like Sowerby to me but, as you say, it could be by someone else.

Thanks Nev, I noticed in some of the earlier catalogues that Sowerby had a complete Service called Diamonds in clear glass with a fairly similar diamond and elongated lozenge pattern (for want of a better description). Presumably a popular motif echoing cut glass designs.

I would say the colour was wrong for Victorian uranium Sowerby: that tends to be yellow rather than the green of later stuff

It is more yellow than green, no idea why I put green in the description. Comparing the photos with Nev's vase side by side there is little difference.
