Hello!
I've looked for this online, but while I have found a few swung vases with a similar flowered pedestal base, I have not been able to find someone who gives an actual maker for this type. If anyone here could provide assistance, that would be appreciated. :)
Interestingly, as clear as mine is, it is slightly UV-active (glowing green, heaviest on the bottom and on the top tips). My camera cannot capture it, but here is an Etsy listing of a type with the same base which shows a glow:

The green glow is just the manganese decoloriser and it does not add any value to the glass. You can see yours has slightly purpled with exposure to sunlight; that is the manganese undergoing a photochemical reaction

Thank you!
That made me think to start checking EAPG pages (as I know quite a few of them have Manganese). Still haven't found my exact vase, but a similar flower pedestal seems to have been used by the US Glass Co., as pictured here:

Obviously, the one in the above link actually has a pattern, but I am still looking. :)

The pattern is cutting so if your vase is the same but without cutting, you may have your answer. Have you looked though here https://chataboutdg.com/gallery/

While the one I have could be a non-etched version of the one in the link I provided, the bottom pattern is different. They both have flower pedestal bases of similar shapes, but mine has a star pattern, and the one in the link has no pattern. So... I'm still not sure if that would be the same company.
I will look into the link you provided. Thank you!

You could try posting it on the Collectors Weekly forum which is American based.

I will check that out. Thank you:)
