Title: Art Glass vase Signature ID = Charles Graffart for Val Saint Lambert

Hello everybody!
I need a little help identifying this vase and possible reading the signature.
Found in Sweden and could be Swedish but not sure.

Forgot to say that my only clue is that this could be Charles Graffart for Val Saint Lambert but not sure if they produced / designed such type of glass
