A little bump.

Due to the lack of comments I assume its not monart and possible not scottish either.

The colour combinations of muted green and brown with speckling seem familiar i just cant put my finger on it.

It would be worth having a browse through the Scotlands Glass website to see if you can find a matching shape / colourway. Good luck! https://www.scotlandsglass.co.uk/

I said nothing as I am very unsure indeed.
The thumbnail looked very Vasarty, but not after clicking on it.
The base is highly confusing.
The surface texture on the bottom part doee look very like Monart Pumice, but I don't think Pumice was ever executed with small items like this - it's usually large and impressive.

Also I can't feel it, or turn it around in the light to see what it really is and does.  >:(  ;)
It is a Ysarty sort of shape. But it is a common shape other makers have done.
