Title: Three Footed Bowl

Hi, I need help in identifying this bowl.
Its frosted glass with three attached feet.
The feet have blue and yellow coloured rings within them, shown in the second picture.
Its very distinctive but unsigned.
Hope some one recognises it.

The bowl is 15cm tall and has a diameter of 17cm
