Title: ID Help With This Orange Art Glass Bullet Vase

Hi All, Can anyone tell me if this vase is Czech? And if so, who made it? It is signed but I can’t make out signature. It measures 3 3/4” in diameter, 9 1/4” tall and weighs 1 lb. 10 oz. Thanks for any help!
