I thought this might be Biot/French because of the ring pontil mark but I don't think it is. It's 11" tall and weighs over 2lbs. From the underside it looks as if someone has swirled some thick paint around the inside, otherwise it's a stretched mottled pattern. I can't find anything quite the same.
