Hi I think this is baccarat , can you please confirm or advice of a make , every info helps

I can't help with the ID but it could well be Baccarat or St. Louis, your photo is a little out of focus and it's difficult to see the etched design. Try searching for "champagne coupe" or you could try the replacements.com website.

Here are links to the Corning Museum, you can access the catalogues marked "VIEW ONLINE", you might find something with  the same etch design.
