Title: 2 Jadeite Liqueur Glasses

Here is a pair of small green stemmed glasses, presumably Jadeite or similar, with enamelled jewels/beads. Are they likely to be French or Bohemian? Both flouresce under a UV light. TIA.

Likely one or the other LOL but I think I'd veer towards Bohemian
