Title: Alum Bay ? / Victorian Post Vase?. I.d. pls.

This one has left both myself & my partner divided.
I think is a sweet little vase, with no significant age. He is hoping it's a Victorian Posy Vase?.
Approx 10cms tall.
Hopefully someone can assist us please.
