Krosno / Murano....?
9" tall, widest part 6"
 
Does it have any age?

Recent Chinese I think from the uneven rim, smudgy murrine and matte-ground base

Christine may well be right but I can't tell from your photos whether the base is matte or polished, also I take it those white marks towards the bottom of the base are reflection or scratches rather than a signature?
