Title: Purple/white inner stripey glass vase thing - ID ideas?
Post by: Pip on October 05, 2006, 12:18:54 AM
Evening all :-)  Any ideas on the ID of this lovely thing?  It's white inside, with a purple stripy outside and is 8in/20cm tall ...  Thanks for any help.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say Elme. We need Pat to look.

Pip & Christine - take a look at my Elme vase, which has similar diagonal stripes -

This has a white inner too. The stripes on this one are formed by the inside having quite pronounced ribbing. The whole thing is cased in clear, most visible as a clear base. How does this compare Pip?

There, I've just stuck my head above the parapet too

Thanks everyone - yep Robbo the stripes on mine are also formed by ribbing to the white inside layer - I've had quite a few pieces of Elme but the ordinary cased stuff, never anything with stripes before.  Cheers  :D
