Well I could only find close matches by these companies. I need help identifying this footed sugar. It has four feet, scalloped top, thick glass, measures: 3 3/4" tall x 6 1/2" wide

It's almost certainly Indiana Quadruped, made from 1908 and found in crystal (clear) and ruby stained. (Ref. Standard enc. of pressed glass, Edwards and Carlyle., 2003 edition. In earlier editions I believe they called it 'chippendale', but it's not of the same family.)
It's only *almost* certainly, because in Australia the same shape is turns up in all the standard Crown Crystal colours, and appears in their catalogues from the 1930s. I suspect that Crown got hold of the mould. This photo is from an Australian collection, showing the crown colours.

Angela Bowey found one of these in clear, but with a very typical Australian red ceramic enamel surface and etched with the date 1924, which is fascinating because it suggests that the mould came out before that year to one of the pre-Crown factories, and that that pre-Crown factory (one of Balmain, Zetland, Crystal or Crown factories) was using the ceramic surfacing.
