Title: Enameled glass vase - Bohemian?

I'm really at a loss as to where to start looking to ID this 11" tall vase.  The enamel work is really VERY well executed (my camera is only so-so).  The bottom and feet are finely polished.  All opinions are welcome.  Thanks for looking.

By the style I'd say French, hat pin holder, probably Sèvres or Clichy - but could be Czech or Italian as well, the quality seems to be top.
