Title: Art Nouveau Vase
Post by: Andy on November 18, 2006, 04:16:59 PM
Hi,
should be doing some chores today, but got waylaid, wanted to put this
one on for a while.
Nearly 12"tall.  thick glass 1.8kg sort of streaky blue, looks a bit like puligoso(spelt wrong) (bubbly?) but its not, more streaky/cloudy, cased in clear.

I think its circa 1900, clues are the applied 9 shape both sides, and the applied clear lines both sides. Also the base is Ground, not polished.

Had it a few years, not matched it with anything so far, probably Bohemian? Any ideas?? Thought the base may help.
Cheers Andy
