I posted thid over in the Murano forum as well.
I snagged this on Ebay for $2.50. I have a terrible weakness for red and aventurine and this has both. It's not a rare one because I have seen several on ebay. I do know it's italian. I did see a similar weight a while back but I cannot remember for the life of me what the label said.
Does anyone know the maker on the beauty?

Here it is. Base is the typical flat polished of Murano.

Perhaps I should make a trip to that antique shop where I saw the other one and have a look at the sticker.

Very pretty. I have a weakness for aventurine too. Sadly I don't own a weight with aventurine in it.

Found out the maker on this one. It's Ferro and Lazzarini.
