Title: Do you remember this signature - I wonder, is it Peter Layton like the Tabac ?

Do you remember we discussed this signature on a perfume bottle before Christmas - I was just looking at some of my old pics in the gallery, and I suddenly compared it to the Peter Layton Tabac vase it was next to, now that I have resorted my stuff in that gallery....I reckon this might also be a Peter Layton?

What do you think - the studio was very nice and authenticated the last one, so I'll send it through to them and see what they think, but hey!  Won't that be a result if it is!!

But how did we not notice the similarity before?????  ::)

Peter's Glass making has always been much more artistic than his handwriting!
( from someone who has known him for over 20 years!)-Thank goodness! :-*

Well I've sent it through to Sylvie at the London Glassblowing studio, so we'll see what she has to say.  She was very helpful before, so I am sure she will reply.

Oh!  How wonderful!  London Glassblowing have kindly replied today, and the perfume bottle is from the Lapis range, and is definitely Peter Layton!

Oh Joy!

I might JUST keep this one for the moment at least I think...  ;D ;D ;D ;D

If the Beloved doesn't realise it is a valuable one....
