Just found this on eBay 170073435530, i don't think it is Soweby, i have looked at Pamela's site but couldn't find it, does anyone know this piece?

Yes, she is Sowerby, and what a beauty! (I want to bid now, oh heck!)
You can see her on my website :)

I'm sure it's always a question of the angle (of photographing), but in this case I would like to draw your attention to the differences between Glen's figurine and eBay offer:
the upper rim of flower bouquet - please count the edge's leaves;
her dress seems to be different - Glen's is very Empire;
and, last but not least, I cannont make out, whether the eBay lady's flower block is rimmed/ruffled also?

I believe these items are identical - no difference that I can see.
It is a challenging piece to photograph, and as you say Pamela, the angle at which the photo is taken can give emphasis to certain things.
I don't see any difference in the base. The dress details look identical to me. Any slight difference in the leaves is either caused by the different angles / lighting of the two shots, or possibly there might even be slight damage to the top edge of the one on my website.
