Title: Massive Czech Art Deco Vases - mystery maker
Post by: Glen on January 27, 2007, 04:15:50 PM
We recently found a splendid cobalt blue INCA vase (the pattern name was given by Carnival collectors a decade or more back). This is only the second confirmed in Carnival, although it is known in uniridised glass (I have a vaseline example).

The vase shares some very interesting characteristics regarding neck moulding/structure with three other blow-moulded Deco vases. I believe all four of these vases were made by the same Czech manufacturer - but which one? I've been trying for years to pin this down.

If anyone would care to look at the vase(s) please go to my website and click the Inca vase!

Or go directly (and follow through all the other vase links to get the full picture)

What a stunning vase! Can't help, but the photo would look good for the calendar :)
