Title: pair of small blue vases ,maybe 19thC Venetian or English?

These little beauties have often got me wondering, about 5 1/2" tall, i would call the colour a
kingfisher blue. I think handmade in 3 parts, body, stem, and base, and i think they are very possibly early 19th Century, Italian or English?  Ive seen drinking glasses from that period with half twisted
bowls.
Anyone have any ideas? did they have this colour that long ago, they have a genuine 'old' feel
to them, does the shape, form or anything else give any clues? Bases have no pontil mark, but quite
irregular.
If they were made 10 years ago, i would say they were crudely made, if they were made 200 years
ago, i would say they are very nicely made! If that makes sense!

I've only got the one book on Venetian glassware - Vetri Veneziani dal Rinascimento all'Ottoscento: Colori e Transparenze - and colours such as yours pop up around the last half of the 19th century, but I can't see any vaguely similar shapes.

But the book is by no means exhaustive.

I wouldn't really like to hazard an opinion on them, as they're really not my field.
