hello, this is certainly old, but can't seem to come up with anything useful on the signature.  Any help appreciated, Noel

Nothing close in Hartmann for Zooe or Looe.  The wear on the base looks a bit odd, it appears to be going over the curve. You could be loking at a more modern piece that someone has tried to age. Etching in second picture looks a bit poor in places, but again photo is not clear enough.

I did write earlier and offer our GlassGallery support to him, but haven't received a reply yet.  I hope all is well with c2c.   :)
