Title: Prunted amber vase - British?

Here is very thinwalled prunted vase with broken pontil, attached foot and an uneven (scissor cut) rim and quite a decent clear glass quality. Could this be from the Venetian revival period - Powell/ Vamsa/ Stourbridge - or should I be thinking along the lines of Czech/ Italian replicas?

You can discount Powell, quality was consistently higher. Don't know on others.
