We have been talking about dounble overlay weights in Paperweights but I have today been offered a double overlay drinking glass...anyone know anything about these (such as fair price etc). I cannot take a pic but I am based Vienna Austria. The glass is a blue (top) and white overlay.
Any help appreciated ;D
Kind regards

It would depend on age, quality, maker etcetera.

I realised the futility of the question ::)
I have made my mind up to see the vendor on Monday and buy it, and like a fool I realised I should have bought it in the first place!!! Hold thumbs that it is still there!!!

Not a double overlay!!!
Looks like cut to clear glass with a blue overlay (not sure if this is called an overlay or there is another term?). My tendancy is to guess it is Bohemian but, that is based more on location than anything else.
The glass (I believe it may be a compote or small vase??) stands 14cm tall and is 7 cm wide at the top. The base is cut with an 8 pointed star. 4 windows cut in the sides (2 small 2 larger) that are further decorated with flowers, leaves and fruit(?). This picture is reapted on the other side above the small window and the two pictures are seperated by the 2 larger windows. 12 small horizontal windows (pointies?) on the upper basal ring and 8 on the basal ring.

Anyone want to take a shot at who or what it may be?
It has a tiny chip about 3mmx3mm on the outside of the rim, it doesnt go on to the top of the rim but is very close, how badly will this affect the value and any gueses of value would be appreciated!
Thanks
