Blue Glass Tooth Pick Holder?

Hi, I have a light blue in color, maybe a tooth pick holder that is 4 inches high by 2 inches wide. Any ideas? Thanks (I'm sorry if this got posted twice)  :o

Hello:

Definitely not a toothpick.  This is part of a child's toy set which would have had a cream, sugar, butter and spoonholder.  The pattern is Tappan and it was originally produced by McKee in clear only.  It was widely reproduced by Kemple beginning in the 1950s in many different colours.  The covered piece is the sugar.  Do you have another piece or is the second photo the sugar with out its lid?

Hi, It is the sugar without the lid, all the same item and the only piece I have like it ... I just wasn't sure what it was or who made it. Thanks for taking the time to look and for your information.  :hiclp:
