Controlled bubble - WF perhaps?

Diameter just under 6", polished out pontil mark and a very mild greyish green colour.
I just assumed it is WF - but is is?

Looks like WF pattern no. 9099, made for some time in various colours. Yours may be 'Ocean Green'.
