Question about Sklo Union pattern by Soukup
« on: August 07, 2008, 03:43:41 PM »
Hi Everyone,
http://www.sklounion.com/SkloUnion/SoukupHH53.html
Does this pattern have a name, was it made in red and are there any pictures of the pattern pieces?
Okay, sorry that's three questions!  I'm trying to investigate on my own but sometimes I reach dead ends.  The answer for part of this will probably be "when Marcus' new book comes out"!  I hope to get that book when it's available, I couldn't add my name to the mailing list so Marcus if you see this please do add me to the list.
Thank you so much!

I've been enjoying everyone's finds.  Glass "pickins" over there seems so much better than around here.

Thanks for such a wonderful site, I might of forgot to say that before.

Happy hunting, Janice

Hi Janice,
No name given for the pattern.
Pieces in red glass may exist, though some red glass from the factory may be spray enamelled.
In the set:
Vase pattern number 19813 sizes 150mm and 200mm
Plate pattern number 19796 sizes 150mm and 280mm
Bowl pattern number 19793 sizes 130mm and 220mm
I hope this helps.

Regards,

Marcus
