It looks to me as if it has 'Chinese Murano' canes...maybe made in China and exported to Italy?

Canes are definitely Chinese. He is very well formed, tho. I generally don't go for glass animals but he is one I would put in my cabinet. He's adorable.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.

I think his eyes are particularly nicely made, the circles are very even.

The Inscrutable Chinese are getting very good....!!
