Vasart 'Thistle' Vase...
« on: October 08, 2008, 02:42:33 PM »
Are these vases (shape V029 on Frank's site) known with bright red interiors? I spotted one today (but didn't buy it) with the common washed-out yellow and grey-brown swirled exterior, and a bright red inside that at first I thought had been painted on until I looked a little more closely.

Ah, I should have picked it up then - was just on a bit of a tight budget today, so couldn't stretch too much on the speculative item front. No doubt it will have vanished the next time it's antique fair time.  ::)
