Could this be Stevens and Williams vines & butterflies

Help please to ID this vase.
Blue cut to clear with vines and butterflies could it be Stevens and Williams. The vines being frosted and lower cutting being clear.

Lots of wear to base.
Weight 829gm
Height 8.5"
