Cornucopia purple vase - ID = Portieux

Sorry this one should be so easy for me to get answers on but no matter how many cornucopia vases I look at none resemble this not even sure I am calling it the right thing.  Does anyone recognize the label please. The label reads Fait then alam or fait a lam so presuming made at ?

Fait a la main should occur to you, Margi - you live there!

The label is from Portieux, circa early seventies and the object is a table ornament.
