It was identified by Wayne as part of the Cherub centrepiece and he pointed out that he had seen the base marked Czechoslovakia

Christine lustrousstone pointed to Mueller as maker, but I can't find a proof for that.

I investigated mine again

and found only today that it bears a REGD No 756470

Does anyone of you kind people know, who (importers I presume) registered this number, please?

Siegmar's PK http://www.pressglas-korrespondenz.de/aktuelles/pdf/pk-2005-1w-blomfield-aufsatz-cherubs.pdf indicates Jules Lang as the possible registrant, Pamela, but the evidence is circumstantial not confirmed.

There's also one listed on Ruby Lane with its bowl as probably Lalique:

The RD no isn't listed in the GA Blue Book or on the Great-Glass website (as I'm sure you already know - just adding that for anyone else interested in this topic.)

I seem to think this might have been registered to M. & J. Guggenheim - I guess someone will have to check the National Archives at Kew to confirm. The flowery bowl on the Rubylane link is certainly a pattern I've seen attributed to Mueller & paired with Mueller's 1929 lady in the past.

From PK articles about the 1929 lady & this rose pattern bowl 'Mueller' is actually Schweig, Müller & Co, Weißwasser, Oberlausitz.

Hi Pamela, just looking at another piece on your website, that I've always thought was the same make as the cherubs:

On your page, it has the design number 755635, which was registered by M & J Guggenheim Ltd (importer?) on 16th June 1930, according to the Great Glass website here.

If we can agree that they are the same make (maybe you can compare the two for similarities?), can we assume that the cherub stand was also registered by M & J Guggenheim Ltd, as Steven mentioned?
