Unusual green vase with gilt & enamelled Frieze pattern??

Any ideas on this unusual vase please? Has some age is approximately 5.5" in height. I can't find anything similar.

Here's a photo of the base - there is the remains of the charity shop's price tag on the base.

With 2 types of enamel, gilding and a greek decoration I'm inclined to point at Italy - perhaps Barbini Martelago, or one of the decorating shops in Parma or in the Empoli region.  Whatever the outcome, I doubt a straightforward attribution will be possible.
