Dating Baccarat rose-canes.
« on: October 21, 2010, 01:43:43 PM »
I’m interested in establishing more or less when Baccarat started to introduce Clichy-type rose-canes into their repertoire. I have a small number of undated examples and have recently acquired a close-packed weight dated 1849 with such a cane prominently placed.

Does anyone out there have a dated Baccarat weight containing a rose-cane and, if so, please what is its date?
