This is a stunning jade green with a beautiful colour/bubble decor up the sides (plain green inside).  The first picture shows the shape pretty accurately - 8.5cm high by 11.5cm wide
I have seen one other in a taller thinner vase version on wendelboe, but it was just attributed as Randsfjord glass.  Does anyone recognise the designer please?  It doesn't look like the pieces I have seen of Hanna Hellum's, it looks similar to work by Torgersen also in terms of shape, but isn't the label too late?  I read somewhere the paper labels were until the late 70's and then I assumed they went to the foil labels and lastly this plastic one?  I'm assuming it is too late for Torgersen and if it was then Wendelboe would have attributed it? and it doesn't look like any Benny I've seen, and now I've run out of ideas and designers :-\

Many thanks
m

I've just been re-searching again through old posts and now believe this is a Torgersen piece.
I came across David's link with some gorgeous pieces in

http://picasaweb.google.com/lasilove/Norway

There is a vase in the link which appears to be the same colourway and decor but different shape and is attributed to Tod Torgersen.  There are two other vases there which also seem to confirm it, together in one pic the right of the green one.  They are the same shape as the one seen on Wendelboe.

David, you have a gorgeous collection
