amber stippled base vase ID please

Hello forum,
Van anyone ID the maker of this vase please. It weighs over 600 grams, is 5 inches tall and 3 and a quarter inches wide. The give away, I suspect, is the base...tiny indents in lines...I'd call it stippled I suppose.
Any help is gratefully appreciated, as always. Thank you.
