Your bubbly yellow ochre globe vase looks fine and a good example, after MH left the necks grew a little taller and the rims became wider. I have seen them just like yours with diameters of 10cm and around 15cm. The Japanese Globes can be larger again but they are a different design.

Small globe: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/EarlyMdinaGlass#5429986690696878514
Medium globe: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/EarlyMdinaGlass#5429986582284963074

The amethyst ink pot has a rounded profile, again after MH left they carried on making them but the profile became a little squarer, harder to say for sure when it was made but I would hedge my bets to around 1972.

My only example in blue: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/EarlyMdinaGlass#5686671104893805362

I can not help with your paperweight they are a complete mystery to me....

Are all your items unsigned?

John

I agree with John, 100%.

As to the pwt, how big is it? If it's fairly massive, (12+ cm in diameter) it likely is earlier too.

Does your ink pot have a round/oval polished pontil mark? Is it marked Mdina in any way? - and if so, what does the script look like?
These have been found with both Michael Harris' and Eric Dobson's writing on.
And is it amethyst?

Thanks for replying to my post the first two globes are small ones as john said at 10cm diameter and 12cm each.
The paperweight is only 8cm diameter sadly but i love these sand colours and hope to build on it!!!
The bottle is amethist and both the stopper and base have a base colour of amethist??
A small polished pontil scar but no script!!i love it !!!

Your polished pontil scar (along with the rounded shape) makes your ink pot Harris period.

Japanese globes have a distinctive pattern. It's a yellow background with a marvered in overlay of (normally) turquoisey blue in the same construction as a fish vase. Dipped on opposite sides with a trail crossing over between.

Take a look at this Japanese globe vase which was squished flat, it is easier to see how they were made: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,32132.0.html

As Sue says, yellow bubbly glass has been dipped into the pot of blue twice, once on each side before being blown and shaped.
