Copper coloured vase with dragonfly decor - Harrach ?

Purchased this vase thinking it looked similar to thomas webbs cameo dragonfly and foliage decoration vase's its only a small one at 7" tall wondered if anyone agree's on my way of thinking??Thankyou for taking a look. :thup:

Wot JP said plus the pattern is typically Bohemian and the copper finish is painted on, so not Webb
