Topic: bubbly glass low bowls/plates wavy rims, large folded rim, snapped neat pontil

I have 8 of these jade turquoise plates (not bottle green, and not blue either) and I have 2 cinammon/amber slightly smaller plates.
The jade ones have a wavy rim and measure 6.5" diameter (16.5cm) and the cinamon ones measure 6" or 15.3cm but are smoothy round without the waved rim.
They are all low and presumably meant as plates not bowls however they all have a raised lump in the middle of the bowl, not huge, but they aren't flat like a side plate might be.  All have a very wide folded rim measuring over 3/8" or about 11.5mm that has a ridge around it.
When I bought them the man said they were Dutch.  I bought them because whilst I thought there was a chance they might be new Morocco/Egypt/Recycled glass I was interested to see if they were Antiqua Leerdam or anything similar to research, but I've not managed to find them.
Any thoughts on whether or not they are old please?  They aren't heavy and are quite 'fine' but seedy as well as bubbly with this neat smooth snapped off small pontil mark.

not Dutch I think. Verboeket and Meydam pieces would always be neatly finished with polished pontil marks et all and the colours would be much stronger.

thanks Ivo - I'll take some more pics later - the folded rim on the cinamon plates is nearly 1/2 wide. They look old and the folded rim isn't that easy to do is it -
I keep wondering if they are mass produced new and they might well be, but that folded rim and the bump in the middle and the fact that they are actually quite finely made plus the careful wavy rim on the jade ones is putting me off. But I can't see any real huge signs of age on them at all.  I only bought the two cinamon ones rather than the set just so I had a comparison.

Probably Egyptian blown glass - They look like the cups and plates pictured on this site http://www.maisondorient.com/en-glass.htm and a friend recently bought a couple of egyptian vases which have a very similar look to the glass plus a small broken pontil mark.

you're right they do look remarkably similar - they also look to have a folded rim!
I'm interested to know though , why they would make a plate with a bump in the middle if you see what I mean?
I'd have thought they would be making more sophisticated flat plates given they are new.
Right, I shall investigate Egyptian further now - thanks for that

I posted this a few weeks ago and Ivo suggested Egypt,that link seems to confirm it,similar to yours m,mine has a folded rim and a small 'dome' in the bowl but no wavy edge
